E-30: Self-Contained Compactor
After years of perfecting our E-30 compactor, we’re proud to say it’s the industry’s lowest cost of ownership Self-Contained compactor, which was not an easy feat to achieve. We eliminated the age old crisscross cylinder issue by switching over to a single straight cylinder. This eliminates the follower, moving cylinders, and cutting the amount of hydraulic hoses down by a 1/3. Doing this also allows us to weld our packer back panel 100% to insure the machine stays liquid tight for life.
Although these changes were fundamental to achieving the best Self-Contained on the market, our biggest feat has to be our power unit. The Ace Equipment self-contained uses a 3 Horsepower Hydro-smart power unit which achieves better compaction and cycle time then our competitors 10HP power unit. This allows them to use 1/3 the electricity and saving our customers thousands of dollars over the lifetime of the machine.

E-34: Self-Contained Compactor
The E-34 is another great addition to our line of self-contained compactors. It features a shortend packer length, without compromising chamber space, to fit in tight spaces. This compactor is designed to handle wet and dry waste making it extremely versatile. Like all Ace Equipment self-contained compactors, they are factory tested to be 100% liquid tight.
Along with its versatility, the E-34 self-contained is BUILT TUFF to ensure low cost of ownership and reliability.

The BACE SC series of self-contained compactors is the answer to your wet-refuse requirements. The BACE SC units are ideal for grocery markets, malls, movie theaters, restaurants, hospitals, food processing plants, and retail supercenters that process or produce excessive wet waste and/or want to create an organics program. The Waste Flush Sump System with Waste Flow Design offers a 750 -gallon liquid sump reservoir underneath and behind the compaction ram. This putrescible waste is compacted to be emptied at the your local landfill. The unique BACE “T” seal around the door is a specially designed composite that ensures a liquid-tight, self-cleaning seal. The PTR Pak-Tite (PTR) line of waste compactors is the solution to your wet-waste requirements. The PTR Pak-Tite units are ideal for supermarkets, malls, movie theatres, restaurants, hospitals, food processors and retail supercenters who process wet waste. The Clean Flush Sump System with Trash flow coordination is designed to allow liquid to exit the area behind the platen into the 750 gallon liquid sump resevoir. This liquid waste is diverted to your sewer system though the drain port reducing your hauling weight, saving you money in hauling fees. A unique PTR “T” seal is used around the door and is a specially designed composite ensuring a Sure-Tite Seal that is self-cleaning and provides a liquid-tight environment.
