ProPAK 2R175 Two Ram Baler
The Model ProPAK 2R175 is a fully automatic 2 RAM baler. The extra large feed hopper is ideal for oversize materials, i.e., refrigerator boxes, gaylord containers and large screen TV boxes. A Bale Separation Door assists in eliminating unwanted contaminated bales along with providing relief for oversize bales. “Pre-conditioning” is unnecessary due to a progressive shear blade design that is replaceable and made of hardened and ground tool steel. Using an Accent 470 wire tie system the bale is tied around the short dimension resulting in wire savings and better bale integrity during transportation. This adds up to time and money savings!
ProPAK 2R185 Two Ram Baler
The Model ProPAK 2R185 is a fully automatic 2 RAM baler. The extra large feeder hopper can be adapted to gravity, pneumatic or belt conveyor automatic feed devices. After each bale is made, the chamber completely clears—so go ahead, switch materials on the fly—without making unwanted contaminated bales. 14 Sawdust & Paper Dust Baler
The Model 14 is capable of baling from 3,000 to 4,000 pounds of material per hour. It is designed for use in lumber mills, saw mills and millwork plants, but exerts enough pressure to form extremely dense bales of paper, textile materials, paper dust and a wide variety of other materials.
Installation of the Maren Model 14 is easy. No pit or special foundation of any kind is required. Unit is shipped with oil in hydraulic reservoir and is pre-wired ready for operation. Just move it in, connect control panel to power and start baling.
